Introducing the 2024 Bargaining Advisory Committee! We are the team of UFCW Local 400 union members helping to negotiate our next contract with management. Together, we have more than 128 years of combined experience in the stores.
We will meet with Kroger representatives to begin negotiations on January 23. With the company more successful than ever, and after our work in the stores got them through a global pandemic, we are working to win our best contract in years. Our goals are:
- Real Raises that Overcome Inflation
- Preserve Health & Welfare Benefits
- More Paid Time Off
- Better Hours & Scheduling
- A Safe Workplace
There is still much to come, but as we move forward, we will invite you to take action with us to keep the pressure on Kroger to negotiate a fair deal. If you see one of us in your store, don’t hesitate to talk to us, ask us questions, or make suggestions. We want to hear from you. We need your ideas and we need your participation to succeed.
The only way we can achieve our goals is if we all stand together, stay informed and take action together. We need to show Kroger that we are ready for our best contract in years. Let’s make it happen!
