Kroger Roanoke Tele-Town Hall and Contract Vote

Join us on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern for a Tele-Town Hall to review Kroger’s offer on our next union contract.

After weeks of difficult negotiations, conducted all electronically over Zoom, with the assistance of federal mediators, we have reached a tentative agreement with Kroger that we, along with your bargaining advisory committee, are unanimously recommending for ratification. While we did not get everything we want, this agreement represents a fair deal that meets our goals.

Due to the pandemic, we cannot hold our typical ratification meeting in a large, indoor arena. To ensure everyone’s safety as we present this tentative agreement for a vote, we are conducting our meeting as a Tele-Town Hall. During the Tele-Town Hall, we will review the proposal in detail. You must register to attend the Tele-Town Hall by filling out the form below.

Voting will take place at stores throughout the region to provide every member with the opportunity to vote in their area. Voting will not take place over the phone. If you are unable to attend the Tele-Town Hall, print copies of the company’s offer will be provided at each voting site.
