Nov 20: EMD and E&R Informational Meeting & Contract Vote

Negotiations on our new union contracts at E.M.D. Sales, Inc. and E&R Sales and Marketing, Inc. have concluded and we are ready to present detailed proposals for a vote. The proposals for both companies are available for download at the links below in both Spanish and English.

Please join us on Saturday, November 20th at 5:00 p.m. for a Zoom video conference to review the contract proposals. During the meeting, we will review the proposed contract in detail and you will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the agreement before voting. Vote

Voting will take place shortly after the informational meeting from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20th. We will be using special software to conduct the election online. All members will receive a text message with a link to your secret ballot along with instructions on how to vote. The results of the vote will be tabulated automatically immediately following the end of voting and announced to members.
