An Update from Your Contract Bargaining Team On Negotiations With Kroger
Collective Bargaining Update #3
We went back to the negotiating table with Kroger on Tuesday and so far we’ve had some constructive conversations. We will be bargaining every day this week through Saturday and we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.
We know that expiration of our current contract on April 2nd is approaching quickly. We are going to do everything we can to make sure we get the best deal possible. We will not agree to a bad deal just to get something done.
We have worked hard to build Kroger into a successful and highly profitable company. Our goal is to get a fair contract with wages and benefits that reflect the hard work we do. We deserve to share in the success we have helped to create. Our plan is to be able to present a tentative agreement to the entire membership that reflects those goals.
Never Miss An Update
We’re committed to getting a better deal and keeping you informed every step of the way. There are lots of ways to stay in the loop. Don’t get left out of the conversation!
